HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
The Process starts with your lens
Once we get your lens the path to clear lenses starts. We start by grading our lens and determining if we can make a mold directly from your original or if we need to start from scratch ( see photos above of a from scratch candidate)
3D Printed Duplicate
If your lens is damaged, or completely baked we will use the lens and bezel to to get as close as possible to the original as possible. After a good fit/ finish is achieved we will create a mold based on the printed lens.
Direct Mold lens
If your lens is in decent condition ( small scratches and some crazing) to NOS quality we can make a direct mold from them after some cleaning and polishing.
The Final Product
After a mold has been completed we cast your new lens in a DOT approved, UV resistant resin. These lenses are very durable and so far has shown to be Yellow resistant
